This brand film celebrates Chumbak as a champion of Modern Indian design. It traces the journey from a small souvenir shop to a nationwide movement dedicated to keeping Indian art alive not by preserving it in museums, but by bringing it into everyday life.
Through vibrant visuals of artisans at work, bold patterns, playful motifs, and bustling homes across India, the film shows how Chumbak blends traditional Indian craft with contemporary expression.
PURPOSE: The narrative positions Chumbak as more than a brand — it is a celebration of India’s identity, color, culture, and creativity. It inspires viewers to embrace what
makes them unique and proudly, colorfully Indian.

The poster and branding of the Japanese menu card (Japanese Tea and snacks) are inspired by the Impressionism art movement. During the Impressionism era Ukiyo-e prints had inspired the impressionists which were Japanese prints. The colors are inspired from the print and the paintings. The poster is also inspired by Bento Boxes which is a Japanese lunch
box.

It invites readers to question what they know about gender, much like Dada questioned everything about the world.
